# Guidelines

The **Guidelines** tab defines how your AI should communicate.

This is where you control tone, behavior, and conversation principles to ensure the Experience aligns with your brand and goals.

Here you set the communication rules for your Experience.

You can define that the AI should:

* Be helpful even if the visitor isn’t a perfect fit
* Match the visitor’s communication style
* Stay professional and on-brand
